YAY! It looks like I can really, truly lose weight!!!! I am down again! I haven't been below 220lbs in a long time. I am so proud of me. I am so at peace and mellow.. I am loving this. This is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix, fad diet. I can see, in the rear future, that I could actually have more trouble (as if it's a bad thing) fitting into jeans!?! Oh, I am so thankful to all of you, to see you doing it and see that it's obtainable!

What an incredible day for you, congrats......keep up the great work. It just seems to get easier with time now that we all have decided to make it a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. I still have my cheat moments, but even those aren't as bad as I do a small quantity, not a huge-take me a week to recover. You go girl!!!!!

Orange stage means on your weight loss bar...it changes colors when you've reached a certain percentage of your goal. When you get to your goal it's blue!
