I cancelled my weigh in for today. Trying to keep my head above water. The stress I am having right now has sent me on a downward spiral that has ended in binge eating sweets. I have been forcing myself to go to the gym. Although, I love my wedding dress and I am getting excited, it has been difficult not to sabotage myself. I will keep plugging away.

Geez, I thought the sun finally starting to come out would make all things right with the world.

Hey, it's hard to do this. Try thinking of your journey like a stock market report for a company. If you look at it on a micro level, things are going to look scary, but over time, you are making progress. Don't beat yourself up. Find a new recipe to try, complete a task with a defined beginning and end (potting a plant, scrubbing the tub, mending a button), feel the satisfaction of those things, and keep plodding on. You've got this, mama!

You can do it! Look how far you have come. You have what it takes. Start right now. Take the binge eating away. Find another avenue for your stress. You are life changing for the better. You will find a way!

sending positive energy your way. I realize it is difficult and I can relate to "feeling like the sun is finally coming out" (I'm in that mode right now, things go well and then BOOM something comes up and slaps in the butt as if to say, "hey you, its not over yet"!) All I can say is, keep coming here and venting, journaling and talking with us here who can relate. I went away for a while and I know that is one thing that kept me down. I need to be here and at least be in a stable spot rather than all the way down!

Without dreary days, we would not enjoy the sunny days as much - Buddha. In 24 hours, today will be over and you'll be enjoying a better one!

I hope things are better soon for you. Just breathe.

You got this. We all can relate. I would have difficulty with the planting, I kill plastic plants... Give yourself five minutes, sit, drink a nice cold unsweetened ice tea and take a breather. All will come into focus again...

There are days when it is better for the psyche to do the ostrich head-in-sand routine with regard to the scale!!

Give yourself a few days - the full moon is out messing with moods!

Be strong dear (there are days like that and it happens to the best of us). Get some rest, try not to overthink. Be blessed & less stressed!

Oh my god that was so me two years ago getting ready to walk down the aisle. It’s like all of our demons come out to play when it’s showtime. Girl, take it easy on yourself and please be kind and loving to yourself. Imagine how you’d feel if your future husband was down on himself in that same way. He will never ever remember your weight he will remember that you are the love of his life and that this is your big day together.
