Getting REAL eh! south Beach pahse 2 whole wheat noodles/pasta. We actually like and prefer them now that we've had them, they are better than they use to be.

I felt bad about tossing some of my stuff in my cupboards too but, I decided this time around I just needed to purge the stuff that was bad as it was just too tempting to leave on the shelf. So instead of tossing them away, I talked to some of my relatives who aren't on any diets and regularly eat that stuff if they could use the items. It was like Christmas for them, they loved it!! :-)

Tossing food, with expenses so high is difficult, but think of it this way... how much is a bag of egg noodles, really... $3?? I'm guessing, but they are pretty low. If it helps, just toss out an item or two a day! OR better yet, give unopened items to food banks or churches that have pantries! They really need food this time of year and will take anything and everything. You can write off donations, so you won't be "losing" any money, and it feels really good to "give". :) Getting serious with South Beach is the only reason I have been successfulf... when I'm not serious with it, it doesn't work for me. The whole wheat pastas are great!! We love them and I use a spaghetti squash in replacement with some homemade spaghetti sauce, no sugar and very low sodium. :) Hope this helps!
