Sucky Sucky Sucky....that is how I feel about my choices sometimes. I have to take control over myself and really grow some will power starting today. I just love food and the tastes of it, but I have to get it together. I should be in my low 360's right now but because of bad choices I am still hovering over the upper 360s. No, as of today I will force myself to comply and set a small goal to reach 365 by my weigh in day on Friday. I can do this. I must do the thing in which I think I can not.

gettin the weight off is no easy task...but once you tweak here an there, it does come off...you will have days you dont do as good...just try and do better at the next meal...its a learning process...one meal at a time..one day at a time...creates a healthy new lifestyle...
