The last boot camp cycling class this morning. These classes have been such an important part of this weight loss process for me. I'm not one to excerise just for the sake of excersizing or loosing weight, I need a specific goal to motivate me. Last year I felt fat and slow on the bike - this year will be different! I've been trying on my cycling jerseys and they fit so much better! If I could loose 5 more pounds I would start to look really good in them!

I've had the same neon yellow cycling jacket for the last 6 years - this weekend I'm hoping to treat myself to a new jacket! Then I'll be anxious to bundle up and ride outside. Last March was actually decent weather....I think I had around 200 miles on my bike outside which was the most I ever had that early in the season, especially considering I work full time and the shorter days. But with several inches of snow still on the ground it is going to take awhile to warm up. We had our first day at 40 degrees since 91 days ago - a new record for below 40 degree days.

LOVE your chart!! I haven't riden a bicycle for years.....a harley tho....lol.....A motorized bike....My son has a real nice bike gathering dust....I should *borrow* it from him and see how it feels to ride some.....HAve a GREAT day......Hugggs
