Densible's Journal, 21 October 2011

Cindyshine asked how tall I am. 5'5". Today I weight 125 pounds. When I was in my twenties I weighed 118 and no one ever said I was "skinny". I just told my SIL what I weigh and she said "oh that's too little for your height" Funny peculiar. I am not skinny-far from it. I have a muffin top and enough padding around my middle to get through a few winters yet. I do not want to lose any more weight. Not even trying. Just sticking to by WOE (for the most part, cookie and frozen yogurt and eating out tonight). I want to lose body fat and replace it with toned muscle. I feel just as freaked about that as I did about losing weight. Guess I will have to get my butt in gear. So tired still-hard to imagine actually working out. Urgh

Welcome to my world. I'm 5'0" though (fyi for your readers) and at 118 I cas say I still have a thick middle. Well I can still see fat undermy arms/bra area/ribs. I don't like that. My arms have held up toned but I can't seem to figure out toning my torso. I keep thinking yoga would help but its a bad time at the gym. My legs, they are like steel. Not showing off or complaining but I toned those 35 lbs ago, lol they are strong, upper half meh. Ok. LOL enough about me! You seem good weight, I think. I mean you can do a check online (or drs or fam/friends) and we may have an opinion on your ideal weight but only you know how you look and feel. My secret to maintainin is always trying to lose another 5 lbs, lol no-really. Not in that sick sorta way. I could have really toned up this year, but I just took a hiatus and worked on foods. I mean I ate them.

Sharon-I noticed that too! You will get there. Honestly, I felt the same way and was stuck, stuck, stuck for years and years. Not giving up is the key.
