A loss is a loss, as they say! I will hopefully exit this 130kg-jail sentence soon! Ate a protein-rich breakfast to fuel me for Ozempic injection day + gym session a little later.
288.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
