A year later
I've also fallen off the wagon..a few times...I start every week fresh and motivated to start it all over again.

And then by Friday, I'm not that interested in following a healthy lifestyle. And that's followed by overeating, indulging in all the bag things, and just not giving a damn! By Monday, I weigh atleast 1kg heavier than the previous week. And I don't know how to end this viscous cycle. I'm so frustrated with myself. I need someone to yell the motivation back into me!
