I went to 6am cycling class but I only did 35 minutes. I was feeling really queazy. I guess I need to ease back into this and also since I'm cutting back on calories, I don't have the reserves to do this class without eating something first. But it feels good to get back to an exercise routine! Tomorrow I meet with my personal trainer, I'm excited!
