January 3rd, 2022. I weighed in at 194. Weighed in February 2nd - One full month lost 7 pounds. I'm happy. Slow progress better than no progress.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
