Note to self: don't start exercising at 8:30pm. Tossed and turned till after 11:00 alarm goes off at 4:00. Makes for a short night. Dragging myself out of bed here in a minute so I have time to walk before work, I've been bad lately again about skipping my morning walk. Then I'm mad at myself for not doing it as it helps my whole day. The predicted rain didn't happen, and nothing on the radar.

You definitely need some sleep. That is the other equation in the weight loss game. Do you drink coffee? If so, maybe cutting back. Anyway, wishing you "sweet sleep."

Thanks, everyone, it happens whenever I exercise late. Am awake anyways @4 just a matter of getting my butt up and moving instead of spending the time on the computer. Mumm haven't tried a yoga dvd for going to bed, usually I'm asleep within a few minutes of turning off the light. Might help though for those now and the mind won't shut off nights. Had more energy during the day today, easier to shrug off the stress.

Hot shower after exercise too if you don't already do that.

Eddie, hot shower would wake up as well. I never feel awake in the am until I get my shower, just need to exercise earlier.
