Greetings Buddies!

Wow - just seems like time is flying by quickly these days!
I am back in the exercise groove and feeling somewhat better'

Food is still a bit challenging; I am not being strict but slowly moving back to my best choices.

It seems I am still choosing too many carbs and not quite enough protein; but I am aware and working my way back to the "norm."

Crazy - my 60th birthday is next Spring and I am already thinking about a celebratory trip that will involve a swimsuit! It would be a great goal to drop more weight before my 60th birthday!

Glad to know you're birthday isn't in 5 weeks and you plan on getting into the proverbial bikini by that time. I've hit several walls in the past few weeks and discovered the damage processed foods does to my brain. Literally DUH. Using what I went through this past weekend as my foundation for eating junk. Just have to remember to pay attention.
