Weight is up. I made a lot of bad choices Friday-Sunday. Thank God for Mondays....

Today, started out the morning with a 4 mile walk/jog. Also going to focus on eating natural foods starting today. Planning to eat one leafy green salad at lunch daily this week. Also going to try to stay away from ice cream and junk food this week.

Kids start back to school Tuesday. Hoping to get into a better routine.

I've had "those" days of poor decision-making, too. And I don't have any kids so no excuses, just ME. :-) Another day, another chance at choices!

It really seems like I have those days more and more frequently lately. I do so well and then get stuck in a feeding frenzy for 2-3 days straight before I am finally able to snap back out of it.

It's ok, you know what to do, & that these things will happen. It's nothing to fret or beat yourself up over. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, & keep on going. This is a lifetime thing, so we don't have to worry about being perfect, just being diligent & not giving up. You know you've got this, girl! ((HUGZ)), GLAMMER
