Well I worked hard yesterday. I stuck to my diet (no cheating!) and I worked out. I did Advocare CU24 Melt 1 workout. It felt good doing this again. I was pleasently surprised to know that I was not that out of shape from when I did the program a few months ago. I also walked 3 miles in my subdivision with my soon to be sister-in-law. It really makes a huge difference having someone to walk with and talk to. My goal today is to stick to my diet, do CU24 Core Stretch, and walk at least 2 miles.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
