Wow! This is just thoroughly disgusting. I HAVE to get back on track! Starting today! I bought a measuring tape and took my measurements. I've printed a workout calendar for my Advocare CU24 Level 1 and will be starting that this evening. I am going to do my best to stay focused on my healthy eating. I have found that I do best if I eat at the same times everyday. Breakfast 7:30AM, mid-morning snack 10:00AM, lunch 11:30AM-noon, mid-afternoon snack 3:00PM, dinner 6:00PM. I ordered my Advocare 24 day challenge and it will arrive on Wednesday. I will be happy to get started. My biggest obstacle is not having my husband as my motivational partner going through the process with me. I have his full support but he does not have the drive to jump on board. I'm hoping that if I can show him that I can get back on track and continuing on my weight loss journey and he can see me have more success then that will change his feelings. Another challenge I face is craving 'carby' snacks. I love trail mix, granola bars, granola & yogurt, peanuts, crackers, etc. Yes, I make better choices by choosing whole grain, looking at the nutritional labels and looking for lower suger content, etc. The problem is I always choose something like that over veggies and low fat dip or a piece of fruit...everytime. My goal for my 24 day challenge is to stick to the diet and workout plan. They focus on protein, complex carb, fruit, and veggies. I know I can do it. I have to do it.
