I am in a funk.
I used to make regular goals for myself on here, and I have gotten away from doing that in the past couple of months, mainly I think because I fell short for awhile on the goals I HAD made.

So, 6 weeks of weigh ins until Labor Day, so I am setting the goal to lose 10lbs by then, which would put me at 165.5, with a BMI of 25.8. (165 was my original goal when I started this a year ago). Doable at this stage I think, but I'm gonna have to bust my butt, as my weight loss has slowed waaayyy down in the past couple of months. :(

By Sept. 30th, my goal is another 8lbs, which would put me at 159, with a BMI of 24.9.

By October 31st, my goal is to be down another 8lbs, which would put me at 151, and done I think, with a grand total of 112lbs, with a BMI of 23.6.

I really wanted to shoot for 148 as a final goal, since that was an even 115lbs lost, and I may still, but right now, 151 is my official goal. 148 would put me at a BMI of 23.2.

I have got to hammer it to make my goals now, but I needed to shake things up and get my butt in gear.

There is a BMI challenge beginning in 3 days. Why don't you sign up? I did. Wasn't going to because I'm not a fan of bmi's, etc. but dropped a couple of lbs and received an email from a friend who thought I might want to give it a try. I did. I need the challenges.

I just found a scale that does an electric current BMI (bone density, body fat, water weight, etc) instead of just the calculator...reviews say it's way more accurate, just an FYI....and yes, join the challenge, there's a bunch of us doing it! Be a lemming, join the herd! LOL

Classic, I HATE the BMI standards....you would think they could come up with something better.
