Day 13:) ODAATOV and traveling home again. It's been a great trip -- so much fun & special family times made even more special as food took it's proper place as fuel and nourishment. I'm beyond thrilled that for the first time while being with this group, in several years, I did not overeat or binge on sugar. It's a true milestone for me after last Christmas and the past 2 vacations with them, getting totally hooked on sweets. So, I'm patting myself on the back and will use that success to build on as I work on my heathy eating & living journey. We fly home today, which is another opportunity to build given my struggles there in the past too, so having this in the bank adds to my tools, as I strive for more progress ODAAT.
But before I get on my way, I'll pray for serenity. And through this one traveling day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion, I'll pray, breathe, journal & express my way. I'm so very grateful for each of so supportive you, my family & IRL friends, this special and fun-filled trip and all its wonderful memories, going home sweet home, and having the health & wealth to live this life I love! Xoxox.
