Good morning everyone! First exam done, got 69/70 for 98%. Not too shabby :) Now I start preparing for next weeks exam lol. The class average was like 88%, so I did significantly better than most.

Yesterday was a good day, although I'm still at 24 miles. Today my mom is coming home from vacation, so sister will be going home. She is ready, misses her momma tons. She has been wonderful, but I'm ready too lol. She is a handful.

All things food went well yesterday, I kind of estimated my dinner calories though. I make this fabulous crock pot chicken dinner, a recipe I found on pinterest, and although I know how to figure out the calorie break down I just haven't had time. Used my portion control though, so all good there.

I decided to switch from fat free yogurt to regular plain yogurt and I like it better with the fat. It's creamier and more satisfying, and on top of that it has a lot fewer carbs. Imagine that.

So what's on the agenda for today?? I'm not even going to try to predict what I'll accomplish lol, I always end up with my foot in my mouth! I would like miles, so that is a goal. I also have some reading to do for class and a study guide to get working on. I have to meet my step sister at my moms house this afternoon, as she will be staying there with my sister until mom gets home tonight. I have class at five. Somewhere in all there I have to squeeze in meals and showers and cleaning.

Right now though, it's just me and my coffee, and that makes me happy. (Never mind the three kids destroying my living room lol)

Looking forward to this weekend, when my husband and I will finally have a night alone to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. It was last Saturday, the 12th, but we are celebrating this weekend. Sooo excited!! Almost there :)

The diet doctors are saying now that "fat keeps you full" and low cal, makes you fat.! Great job on your exam and your exercise. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful. I loved being in school. it is so satisfying to be able to put forth the effort and be rewarded almost instantly. Nothing like my life after school for sure :) Enjoy your day!

Congrats on the testing although I'm not one bit surprised at you being the best in the class. I doubt anyone puts heart & soul into projects the way you do. Yep, the regular fat is lower carb than FF because it's less sugar. Crazy how they get ya on that when you're not looking.
