Good morning everyone! Feeling quite accomplished this morning as I got 6 miles in yesterday, bringing me to 24 miles this month. Yesterday I said that I needed a 5k / day to hit my goal, so I'm working on it and trying to get a little extra where I can. I walked three miles yesterday with my kids around the local reservoir. Then after my husband got home I went on a bike ride. I wasn't going to go on the bike ride as I had already gotten my three miles in and my daughter had baton practice, son had baseball game and had to get dinner made, but I was like 'damnit, this is the no excuses challenge!' lol. So I did it any way, and guess what?? I still got everything done.
Not sure how I am going to get my miles in today, but I will figure it out. Where there is a will there is a way, am I right? I think I will just go to the gym after my husband gets home, granted he gets home from work early enough. (I have class at 5) Having my sister here with me has slowed me down a bit, as I can't take her to tot watch, or walking with my anywhere that isn't paved because of the wheelchair. But like I said... no excuses. Mom will be home tomorrow, so it will be nice to get back to a little normalcy around here.
I feel pretty prepared for my first exam. The first one is always the tricky one because you are unfamiliar with the instructor's test style. I would bet money though, that she is simply using the 'book' test, so I am studying all of the practice tests in my workbooks lol. Sure I could always order the instructors version of our textbook on amazon and have the test keys in front of me for the whole class, but that just wouldn't be fair now would it lol. Cheaters never prosper. Genius idea though.
ATF have been good, since yesterday lol. I didn't do so well over the weekend but that's pretty much been my theme. Haven't checked the scale since last weigh in but I'm not concerned. Eat right, move more.. check and check.
I think that's about all I've got for today :)
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!!
