I liked your old profile photo as it is a reminder of what we should aspire to do. It's progress, not perfection. I think the fact that you are here keeping a journal and logging your food is an improvement over where you were. This weight loss business takes time. Anyone who has lost weight knows that you have ups and downs. Weight fluctuations for women can occur drastically around certain points in the month. Drinking the water is going to help flush some of that out along with any excess carbs you've taken in. Now it may well be that you have taken in more calories than you have output causing a gain. But, this is a learning process and I, for one, am proud that you have stuck with it and am even more impressed that you were up at 6am working out. You've got this.

I am impressed with your attitude. Many people don't like tough love and wonder why everyone is being mean. I need to tough love. I need to be called on my crap. More power to you!
