Day 32 - weigh in - 230.6
I don't have the correct stats to give you for today. Just had a totally off day. Volunteered at PETS Inc - took photos - and it was 92 degrees. Have no clue what the humidity was, but I was soaked in sweat. My shirt and pants were sticking to me. And I was wiped out afterwards. During supper, our porch swing fell, fortunately neither my husband (sitting on it) nor dog (who was sitting partially under it) were injured. Immediately my heart was heavy with sadness. Granted we will need to remove it to do our future renovations. But my parents had given it to me as a birthday gift when I first acquired the property, and my Dad helped put it up. The evening concluded with reading. I did not run on the elliptical last night. Seriously was exhausted. Still didn't stop me from eating too much at supper.

Shake - lunch
Water - 64 fl oz
Exercise - 2 hours photographing large dogs

Overall? Hmmm...jury still out.
