So I took a small "vacation" from my diet and exercise for a the past six weeks (March 22nd) for a couple of reasons.
- Giving my double elbow tendinitis time to heal. - Adjusting to a new schedule. - Weather
But today marks the return back to the road to a more healthy life. Time to get back to work. Wish me luck!
