I made it to Snap Fitness. I worked out an hour. I did weight training on 8 machines. I feel pretty good. Will probably be somewhat sore tomorrow, because, I upped my reps by 3 and added 5 lbs more weight. I will work out tomorrow also. Also did some cardio. My husband and I work out together. Hope all of you have a great day. It is raining here in Ohio, but don't mind, because, I love the rain, and I love to sit out on my porch, in the evening when it is storming. Good for you on the great workout… and enjoy the wet weather. I miss having a porch to sit out on, but do like the sound of the rain at night when snuggled in. xoxox
