Today, I managed to eat 557 calories for the whole day I don't know if that is good or not.I feel satisfied. I just don't feel,like eating a lot. I have never been a big eater. I am not picky,about good wholesome food. I love fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken, and seafood. I don't mind red meat once in a while, but am not a great fan of it. Hope ll of you out there had a nice restful day,full of peace and relaxation. Tomorrow, I will go to snap fitness and work out some more. Best of luck to all of you out there. will be back tomorrow.
