195 today. Amazing, I got back to ketosis in one day... that's a new experience for me. Sticking to high fat & protein plus very low carb (under 10) did it. Yesterday I had the low carb flu all day. so glad it's over and I am back to losing weight.

I read that once your body is keto-adapted, and you go out of ketosis, it goes back quite easily. Good for you!

I reach the highest ketosis ever yesterday, the secret is high fat, medium protein, very low carb and a little exercise.
