I have returned from my extra long weekend away with my sisters. We had a great time. it was an active weekend too. I didn't stray from low carb but I am sure it was higher than usual. I have not weighed as yet ... I will do so tomorrow morning to see the fluctuation. in any case it is all good because this will be a normal partof my life as I lobe to travel locally and abroad. Today I will cook my meat for the next several days. I will make pot roast, lamb, chicken wings and steak. I will also prepare a batch of fatbombs. I will be doing some serious meat eating :).
