I kind of expected this one. My salt craving is back and I've been eating salt with my cucumber and a bit of cheese on the side. But I'm still happy that I at least did not gain anything.

I'm hoping this week will be better for me and all FS users as well! =)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ziva, your loss has been tremendous. Don't let a one time flat weigh in get you down. After losing so much for so long, it's not surprising. Remember, salt isn't fat. Water comes off, and when it does, it's fast. Hang in there!

Thanks Dominique and Ruhu! Every bit of support and words of encouragement really helps! =) I am still hoping I can get as close as I can to my target weight by my next birthday (June) and finally post an updated picture on my facebook account (I have not posted any new photos since I started this journey last January). I want to inspire friends and relatives to start their own journey to a healthier lifestyle too. =)
