I'm really happy today! Not allowing my 'no loss week' last week affect me really paid off! =) I'm finally in the 130's level and have less than 20 lbs to lose!

I'm spreading my positive energy and love to all fs users! We can all do this! =)

Every choice counts!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
