My appetite has been out of control!!! Today. Yesterday. The day before. Ugh! The damage is already done from lunch and breakfast. Pulling back the reigns stat! Need to fast the rest of the day. And run. Like 10 miles! Goodbye Wonderful Taco Waffle! My Goodness, Taco Bell! If it wasn't already hard enough to avoid chili cheese burritos, you had to go and take over breakfast too!
So it has been three, maybe four days in a row of not making good choices. I'm going to shoot for four days of making great choices starting now. Again. Again, again. Ha.
The Agenda for My Plan of Attack:
Exercise Plan: Run tonight at least 5 miles...maybe 10 if I get home at a decent hour & then follow that up with a 13 mile bike ride on the stationary while watching Gravity (no popcorn!), Friday-- 2hr Zumbathon (Who cares that you won't know anyone there? You aren't exactly a wallflower.), Saturday morning-Run a 5K by myself/alone/with-just-me-and-my-headphones, Sunday---scheduled 20 mile long run, Monday---stationary bike ride 13 miles.
Food Plan: No fast food, except Subway on Sunday. And, no cookies from Subway while I'm there. Self, you don't freaking NEED cookies. You've already had plenty for this week. Not even the raspberry cheesecake ones! . Hold the glass of wine (at least for another week to make sure I haven't laid an egg). Keep calories in check and carbs under 100 net. And wash it all off with 120 ounces of water minimum per day. This isn't a quick fix. Just a reminder of what I need to do. Everything in moderation!
I really hope Saturday is beautiful. I want to run in the morning and then spend the day brushing and loving on my ponies. I'd like to plant some flowers too and clean up the yard some too. Why does it seem like the some of the best weather occurs when I am holed up in an office???
I hope some of the rest of you are outside enjoying this weather.
