Ok, so I have not lost anything in 5 days and it's bummed me out.
Weight loss over the past couple of weeks has been painfully slow for me, esp since I was rocking it since late Jan/early Feb.

Monday was my wedding anniversary and I was hoping to lose at least that one pound I was waiting on, or even 2. I didnt. Monday was also HIMYM finale and I was thrust into a major depression (salute) over it for 2 days. lol

it's just been a busy and frustrating couple of weeks.

Sounds to me like its time to switch it up. If I were you Id eat a few hundred extra calories a day, depending on where your at now and change up my exercise regimen. Shock your body back into loss mode. Variety is the spice of life, and weight loss :-)

Don't beat yourself up. It happens when we hit that stagnant place. Push thru. You can do it.

Some months are just harder than others just keep working at it and know that you are not alone. I feel like this all of the time.

Listen, you sound like me a few weeks ago. I know exactly how you feel. How are things in the sodium department? Or the prune department? The TOM department? You know what will happen, right? You'll suddenly lose 2-3 pounds overnight for no reason. Don't give up hope. Keep up the good work!

MrsMole...TOM was last week, so I can't blame that. I KNOW I've been eating sloppy and eating too much salt and not drinking enough water and its Thursday and I have yet to work out-at least this week. It's my own fault! I have had a little digestive issue thing going because I am eating off the program, so to speak. We worked hard in the house and the yard last weekend, but I havent done anything else besides housework since Sunday night. We were both beat after the weekend. This week has been stressful and non stop busy and that has messed with my sleeping pattern too. I am just a mess. So, today, I am vowing to eat right every meal and snack, drink more water and with any luck, I will have the energy to do a 3 mile walk later.
