so - first weigh in 2 weeks in - haven't followed diet all that well - although have cut back drastically on sweets/hot chocolate - lost a little bit which I wasn't particularly expecting as I still ate quite large portions + sauces - will attempt to cut back on extras from now on!

I read your journal with sadness in my heart. I see nothing but a negative attitude which will never help you lose weight. I have to say that from your journal you just do not seem to be really interested more like playing with the system which I find sad. I believe you need to get your attitude under control first then perhaps you can work on losing weight.

why hello Bwy39 - I read your comment with amusement in mine (which probably counter balances my dreadful negativity!) - the truth is I don't really use this as a social site as some of the others do - mostly a personal record so that I can track eating patterns etc - a food diary with summaries so the thought that someone might be terribly effected by my entries is a strange one - although from what you comment here your negativity outweighs the worst of mine! after all - I don't need to lose weight with any urgency - a couple of pounds for ideal prettiness but no more than 5 - hardly to be confused with morbid obesity! although I must confess I am fascinated by what you mean by playing with the system ;) I mean what system? how does one play? I await your reply with fascination -L
