Been a yo-you weight my entire life.
Spent my late teens and 20's at a steady 126lbs.
Had a weight gain in my early 30's which brought me to 168lbs.
Massive weight loss at age 35yrs and stayed a fabulous 106lbs for a glorious 4 years.
Had a baby age 40 and weight soared to 220lbs.
Lost 40lbs then put it back on again over a 4 year period.
I want to be at a weight I felt attractive again which is 110 lbs which is a UK size 8. Currently a UK size 20 and HATE it.
