I am 22 (almost 23!!!) and I enjoy trying to become a writer, cross stitch, knitting *although I am not yet very good* listening to music, hanging out with my friends and anything science fiction/horror/fantasyish - I have already lost some weight and improved my lifestyle quite a lot in the last few weeks - now I want to make sure I stick to it and hopefully lose some more so that men will adore me and I can abuse them ;)

Hi everyone,

I found this site about 2 weeks ago and have found the food journal very helpful to me, as well as some of the recipes that have been posted here. I am 23 years old, my height is 5,3 and while never technically fat I have been larger than ideal for several years - after a few half hearted attempts at cutting out various unhealthy foods I have finally decided to try and do it right. I am not actually sure what my target weight should be but I appear to be small framed so I figure lets see where more exercise and less food gets me and take it from there -anyway I have a bad habit of lurking so I guess I thought I should introduce myself and make the most of the social support this site offers - so hi! Smile
