So, the weekend was a bust but we already knew that since it was my sons 3rd bday party. Had some cake, pizza, and even mcdonalds....ugh. But Monday we are back on track. Back on this road and do not forsee messing up any time soon...well there is Superbowl Sunday...but we will not speak about that until February.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 January 2011:

Mmmm pizza!!! LOL! The things I crave! HA! I will say though, I have been making a fresh salad for lunch everyday and it has been so damn tasteeee! I love when I REALLY enjoy my healthy meal instead of just eating a plate of vegetables cuz I have too...boorrrrrringggg!! LOL! Here's to another fabulous, lighter, fresher week! :)

Hey love good to hear from you. Listen everything in moderation. Who says you can't have pizza from time to time...but McDonalds with Pizza might have been a bit much. Hang in there girl. This is a process.

@ Macaroon... I know how you feel. I enjoy dinner so much, but its only when I am make food that I know will taste good instead of bland broccoli or something just because... @Song Byrd....yea I know..I know...I know...its like mess up once and it turns into another...and another...but I am back (pretty much) on track.
