When I go over my calories my first thought is " I screwed up and will never be able to do this", but I can't keep beating myself up when I go over my calories or carbs...I just refresh the next day. Not to mention I ate like 1800 calories yesterday which is going over my carbs...but in reality I STILL should have lost 1000 calories and compared to my normal screwups 1800 is much better than 3800....Cheers to that!

Yaay! Gotta look at the positives! I am the same way.l..hard on myself too, but I am really trying to get out of that mind set. Keep up the good work!
