GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

Well I fell off again. I am GOING to be back on track THIS week, darn it! Between being busy and the emotional roller coaster I couldnot seem to muster the caring to focus on my health. The extreme cold did not help either, mad me wat to hibernate and eat like a bear for winter.....But NO MORE!

My Teta is not much changed. My MIL is doing ok still but we need to tell her to call her physician because the incesiion is getting a little puffy so we want to be cautious of infection. Thank you for all the inquiries and concerns. It does mean a LOT to me!

Old Man Scale: yeah, gonna give myself a week to reign it in....I am back up to 245 :(

I'm sorry your grandmother is still not doing so good. It is good news about your MIL, though. I fell off the wagon, too, last week, hit my head and lost my mind, when it came to eating, but I'm back at it.

Be kind to yourself! It's tough to concentrate on YOU when you're worried about others. But it is important to stay healthy so you'll have the energy to support your grandma and MIL as they need it. So back to it! Lots of healing thoughts and prayers for your family and YOU! ((((HUGS))))

Your Grandmother and MIL are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that it is really difficult to stay on track when you have loved ones on your mind. Just do your best, okay?

The fact that you appeared here again at Fat Secret Headquarters is indication that you will get back on track. Be patient with yourself since this is a rough family time. I just noticed your goals at the bottom of your "signature." I like the way you label the particular numbers as "college weight," high school weight," etc. In looking back I recall my own life crises in terms of pregnancy weight, pre-pregnancy weight, and infertility treatment weight, post ectopic pregnancy weight, etc. Hang tough. Good times will come.

I don't think there were too many people ON the wagon over the holidays (those who stayed on must have had lots of room to move about!). Plus, the stress level in your life did not help matters for you. Give yourself some TLC and ease your way back on the wagon. You will feel so much better.
