Not eating the best thing for dinner but it got so late I had to make something quick. Yet again my son wouldn't eat his dinner so I am eating it and added tamales. Stayed under my RDI though...

That was the toughest part to break from is eating my kids leftovers. Just don't do it, it will be ok

it was more than leftovers...he didn't even toughhis food. He has Autism and is soooo very picky

I have 2 nieces that are autistic 😊. Its ok to let it sit there if you were out take it home eat it as leftovers the next day or just let it go. If your home I don't know just don't do it its not doing you any good be true to your kids and true to yourself and skip it. 😁

Oh agree on the bad habits! I figure if I can break each one slowly...like cutting out pop out a little at a time or only going to eat at places without drive thru, then eventually I can cut them down completely and at same time build up the good habits!

Luckily I moved to a smaller town where the closest drive thru is 20 min. away but when I do go into town for bills and such I end up getting something cheap and quick every time :( Though I guess I could make worse choices than Subway right??
