Day 2, Week 5 Holiday Cruise to Lose! (my gosh the weeks are flying)
Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!
Well I am back this morning, I guess that is a good sign! :) Still not feeling up to speed but I will live :) If I could just get this junk out of my head, I think my mind is in the right place LOL
Old Man Scale: He was kind this morning. Probably because I ate little to nothing, yesterday. I ate a hearty lunch Skipped breakfast had a grapefruit for snack. Then went out on an appointment. Didi not feel like dinner before I left and it ran long so by the time I was actually hungry it was like 11 and I just went to bed instead :) Still not exercise but I did do housework for 2 hours in the morning after skipping my walk with my walking buddy. Oh well! Some things just have to get done I guess and house work was at least in the warm not out in the cold to make this head cold worse.
Holiday Challenges Goals: Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) Midrange goal: lose 3.5 to 235 Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 8.5 from now!

I'm sorry you're still not feeling well. That stinks! LOL on choosing housework over a walk. I'd rather walk barefoot on coals than do housework! And my house shows it! :) Take good care of yourself, buddy! Hope you are bubbly again soon!

Housework definitely counts as exercise.....especially 2 hours worth!

It is very difficult to exercise when you literally feel weak. Strangely, having your surroundings all neat and orderly when you are sick does somehow make you feel better. There have been times when I was in the hospital that I actually "straightened" the items on metal tray that slides across the hospital bed to make them aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Odd? Hey. Whatever works! Hope you are much much better soon!
