Well, this weekend was a bust. What can I say? I ate til my heart was about to content...LOL. A great weekend of bad eating. But no worries, I haven't lost focus.....just temporarily this weekend. haha. But back on the weekday grind and focus I go. I have been charging up the PS3 Move controllers so that I can switch up my exercising today to my boxing game called "The Fight". And I plan on doing only 30 minutes or more of exercise this week and not the 20. I just need something to force push me out of this plateau and hovering that I have been doing. I have goals to meet!!!!

You can do this!! Mix it up a bit and get going on your exercising. I could not believe what happened in just the last 4 months since I have been exercising at least Mon-Fri for 30-60 minutes a day. Get back on that horse and ride!!! Forget the weekend and concentrate on day-to-day as I know you are. Best of luck to you, girlfriend!!!

In looking at your weight history graph you are doing AMAZING! :) Need a indulgence weekend once in a while- Good to see you have a game plan for the week. :)

I think you are doing fantastic!! I told my husband I might want to get a wii, so that I can get the games that are exercise routines, like yoga!! I can't do the dance games, not enough air in these damaged old lungs!!! I think upping your time for exercise is great!! I try to do my exercises with my legs in the pool for about 20 minutes, and the water jogging for 20, and have added a little slow breast stroke in there for at least 5 minutes. I seem to have indulgent weekends too!! It ends up as being every weekend!! lol!! I hope that number starts going down for you!!! Keep up the great work!!

Thank you all for the support. Pumakitten I too end up having those type of weekends every weekend. ERRRRR!!! And I am sure it is because I am home with my 5 year old and 6 month old and not busy at work like usual. So, I have more time to think about eating unlike at work. ERRR. But I will figure this out. I have to as stopping is just never an option.
