Shouldn't the exercise diary have a place for standing in 100 degree heat sweating to death for over an hour? LOL, it should! Went to our picnic to watch my niece in the Little Miss Pagent. It was hot! Tomorrow I'll be at the same hot place for my quarter auction, but hopefully I'll make some money doing that.

Feel pretty good about keeping my calories low this week. Didn't get a regular exercise routine in because of this silly head cold, but hopefully a weekend off will get me back to 100% and I'll start that next week.

I totally agree - humidity and heat should be a factor for shedding a minimum of 10 calories per minute you are enduring!

We were out in the heat yesterday too and I think it wears you our more than any other exercise. I think with keeping your calories low this week you'll be okay, you can get back to the exercise when you're feeling better. Good luck with the auction!!
