Its Tuesday......
and its unofficial weight day. I was going to do it on monday, but I had such a crappy monday, I forgot..
I have lost 1 pound since friday. 276.

I figured it would be a slower weight loss. I had pizza on saturday, and burgers yesterday. The burgers themselves would have been ok. It was the buns that did me in. OK...maybe the pizza too., .no more buns. I already have been dealing with the no cheese on my burgers. I just overdid my carbs. Thats ok too, because I can learn from that, and go on with my diet.

Here's a little tidbit I just found out about. I don't know if anyone else knew, but garden furniture has a weight limit. Those really nice mesh sling chairs . And you can get them a little wider than the regular chairs...but the dam things still have the same weight limit. The limit is 275 pounds. I think there was a disclaimer on the tag, that structural failure may occur if the weight limit is exceeded.

Hmmph. I knew I was a little bit in trouble when my resin chair legs seemed to want to buckle.
At least I can sit in these chairs without worrying if I'm going to break them. Out chairs from last year were tearing and we needed new ones. We got 4 when they went on sail at the beginning of the month. They were $15 each. I have a few resin chairs for company too.

I think a lot of it has to do with ... oh good grief... I can't think of the scientific term for it now that I've started my comment response... duh. The weight limit may be 300 but I've seen some 50lb kids do serious damage if they hit it just right and hard enough.

I know what you mean Bella. I do the same thing, and you will smack yourself later when you remember. Yea, I've seen some kids destroy things that are suppose to be virtually indestructible!! Were you thinking of weight distribution?? And Thanks Ponky!! I have to keep that attitude. This is for life, and life changing!!! You have to take it seriously, but not so serious that you cannot bend, and learn. Being so serious and strict will lead to being unyielding and eventually to failure. I will not accept failure!!! I bend, like the willow!!
