I've been gone for a while and now I'm back. We had a great vacation, even though it was a short one. It was nice to get away. I did pretty well with my eating and got exercise in, then when we got home I didn't eat so well, but Monday I got my exercise in. Then, Tuesday I was sick and I've been sick all week. I've had a headache, a fever, and I've been super tired, so that's why I've been gone so long. Today I'm feeling a little better, so I'm going to try to get some motivation going again. I have been eating horribly while I've been home sick and not exercising, the most exercise I've gotten has been going from the couch to the kitchen or bathroom. I'm going to get a workout in tomorrow and try to get back into my healthy eating, not just grab and go foods. I'm weighing in tomorrow too, so that will be scary, but maybe that will motivate me to get back into the swing of things.
