Very tired....it's 4:30pm and I've been up since 4:30am. Went to cycling and core classs this morning - we do a variety of exercises so it is never the same, I like that! I brought my bike to go on a group ride at 5:30pm - I want to ride my bike outside but I'm tired and its windy - so many excuses. I won't make up my mind until the last minute.
