UGH, I HATE the smell of latex gloves! I just got done scrubbing my son's little pool, with enviro-friendly cleaners, because a bird decided to end its' life in it.. SO I double scrubbed, and double cleaned that thing.. even all this outdoor toys.. I had to use the gloves because 1) I can't stand to look at a dead animal. It just grosses me the hell out.. 2) I'm NOT putting my hands into a place where I know something died. Plus, I didn't want to get my hands covered in cleansers. So, with it being 95 out, and with the scrubbing, my arms, my legs, and my abs got a nice little workout from scrub-mania.

I'm mad at myself. I couldn't help but eat a pack of those Pringles Baked Wheat cracker sticks.. the honey butter ones. OMG they were sinful. I know they're only 90 calories.. but I had a rather big calorie breakfast.. so I'm just paranoid those crackers and anything else I divulge into today is gonna make me gain. I'm just way too excited due to the fact that I'm getting closer and closer to the 20 pound mark. I'm just hoping I can do that by the end of this week.

I had to skip my morning workout due to my driving my father to the airport for his trip to coach a girls softball team over in Austria for a week. I mean, the girls are from the U.S. I think it's pretty cool. I sure as hell I wish I had an opportunity to travel like that when I played. Speaking of that, I believe I'm going to make that one of my goals. Next spring or summer, I may sign for either a city league softball team, or a city league volleyball team. It has been a while since i've played either one of them, but I think it'd be fun, and a way to get out of the house, which is good for ANY single mom.

OKay, enough jabbering.. I've got a labels to make!

I hear ya on that! I would've been out there scrubbing in gloves as well! UCKY, YUCKY!!! Poor bird. =( But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do for your child. Stay focused and don't lose sight of that 20 lb marker! You CAN DO IT!

I played on my husband's co-ed softball team last year, after not playing for almost 10 years. It was so much fun!!! And boy, you really use muscles you are not used to using anymore. It is a great thing to do for the exercise and socialization, especially if you are a stay-at-home mom. But I sure can't run like I used to. Everything jiggled and flopped up and down. Not a pretty picture!! They don't make sports bras strong enough for girl's like me! LOL.
