Started Zumba fitness and for someone that's been as lazy as I was, that extreme dance program is not easy but I feel wonderful after so I will keep it up
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love Zumba so much. Keep at it. I lost the most weight when I started Zumba classes. You can do it. Who knows you may be teaching a Zumba class this time next year:)
