4 pounds lost in 1 day ... not surprised cause I be working hard daily doing Zumba. Oh and cutting out sodas helped too (but I had 1 today tho shhhhhhh lol)
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
