ok maybe im ready for phase 2. the book says if you have NO more craving for sugars - you are ready for phase 2. I wanted to be under a certain weight before i went to phase 2. I think i will just finish out this week on phase 1 then start phase 2 maybe friday. i am so used to phase 1 - i am not sure what i will do! lol

You can just add one food at a time (very similar to phase one) and study yourself to see your reaction to that food. Keep up the excellent work Knewton!

take it slow with phase 2...like info says track your body's reaction to each food item to see how you react to it...then the next week add another item and see...it is fun and exciting to see how you will react to each item...good luck

are you reading the new south beach diet supercharged? you have been on phase one for almost a month and even the old book recommends a 3 week limit. Its hard to stay of phase one for longer than that. Now that you are moving to phase 2 you will have more choices and be able to handle restaurants and social situations with food easier. You've got a good loss going so you know you can do it. It will be easier on phase 2 and I am sure you will continue your successful losing streak and feel even better about your choices. Good job ! now its foreward and onward, eh!

...and you probably have really bad breath by now! LOL... I heart you anyways. Really... start with one or two things. That's what is working for me. I added in some healthy high fiber cereal with soy milk... and brown rice. And I'm keeping it at that for a while, then I'll think about adding other things. Definately go slow. And we can go do a crappy healthy dinner together if ya like. I'll have the water with lemon, and you??
