I am going to have a good week! I am tired of not getting down to 160! It is hot here, in the 90's so I am going to drink lots of water and eat the minimum to keep me going! There is always some stress in my life so I can't let that get me down. Good luck to everyone. May we all be very successful this week! Let's make it easy and just do it, not think about it.

I am just totally amazed at your change. I still remember your journals from a little while back when you didnt seem to feel so confident. Congratulations on your change and keep going..you sound so motivated and optimistic!!
