Hello All,
I am a mother of 2 teenagers who has gained some weight over the past year. It has really depressed me and of course then got worse. Ir has made me really unhappy and with the nice weather coming I knew it would make me feel worse. A friend of mine who is a fitness teacher at my daughters High School gave me the South Beach Diet Book and I decided to give it a try. I have lost 9 lbs in the last 3 weeks and am hoping to lose about 10 more if I can. The food is great but it really takes planning and sometimes that can be trying. I have been following to the T.
