I got up this morning and walked for 20 minutes. I did not say, oh it is too early I will do it later, like I have for the past year. I got up and said I will go do it now as I won't do it later. I am proud of myself. I am very tired tonight but that is a good thing. Maybe I will sleep tonight. I had problems being hungry today. I started off with a smoothie but that just does not satisfy me. I think I will stay with a boiled egg or porridge. I did manage my two snacks today which is a first. Now that I am finished for the day I am not hungry so the snacks do work.
